At AHC Therapies we work with each client to create a bespoke massage experience to help each client achieve their goals. If you are looking to work on pain relief, increase range of motion, relaxation or reduce stress we can help. Our sports massage is tailored to target specific muscle groups effected by physical activity, injury, poor posture, stress, general aches pains and stiffness. Our therapists will alleviate muscle soreness, enhance circulation, the healing process, improve recovery time and overall wellbeing. At AHC Therapies we have experience of working with Neurodivergent individuals who are sensitive to touch and we can take extra time to ensure they understand the process and talk through the massage process and techniques as we go so nothing comes as a surprise.
