A harsh reaction can cause aggressive attack due to anger or frustration . Spirit are wanting you to take control be calm and work out a plan of action instead of full steam ahead .
What ever the news you have received ,be it personal or difference of an opinion’s you are intellectual enough to know that storing the anger or even act to quickly will not resolve the problem . Be wise be cunning work out your strategy be diplomatic the situation does require action , but it also requires formation , planning and wise thought , by making sure you look after you . We all have the power to overcome anything that is out in our way either it be our own doing or others , it is how you deal with it . By addressing how this make you feel , if it’s not broken don’t fix it , if it’s not in your interest don’t approach it . If you can’t change then walk away from it .
