Meet Natalie… your new MummyFIT Trainer at North Leeds 💚

Natalie’s journey started when she attended MummyFIT classes with her babies! She fell in love with the community, environment & support and is now stepping into a new role as a franchisee 👏

And just like that, summer holidays are done.

On to the next chapter for all of us this week as our youngest heads to senior school 🏫

How is this possible? He was a baby last week 🥺

One of the biggest decisions I have made in my professional life was to quit my job to start MummyFIT 10 years ago.

I’ve been there for first days at school, afternoon pick ups, sports fixtures, concerts, time after school to help with homework and for whenever they are wanted to talk.

I’m so grateful but also so thankful that I made the change when I did. I certainly don’t look back and regret leaving my career and missing out on all the nights away and time raising our awesome boys 💙

What a day 📚

Waiting for GCSE results this morning with my oldest son was nerve wracking! He absolutely smashed it 🎉

I know that this day is not so joyous for everyone and can be really tough if you don’t get the grades you want. When you’re 16 it means everything but careers and life can take so many different paths.

With a degree in Engineering and my first job as a process control engineer, I now run my own fitness business. A complete change in direction but with a heap of transferable skills. My academics were good but it was my passion that led me to where I am today.

Whatever direction you choose after exams, it doesn’t have to be forever and it certainly doesn’t define who you are.

Life changed my direction when the boys came along and the fact that I wanted to create something that worked for our family as well as fuelling my passions for fitness and business.
