For many mums, this battle is even tougher. Long days, broken sleep & very little time to yourself can make motivation feel almost impossible some days.

But the biggest shift isn’t in your fitness, it’s in your mindset. Moving from “I have to exercise” to “I get to move my body today” or “I’m too tired to do anything” to “I’ll just do what I can.” This mindset shift is often the foundation for real progress.
