Never used the Pilates Stability Chair yet?
Now’s your chance…
This unassuming piece of Pilates equipment is extremely versatile. It’s great for strengthening the upper and lower body, and is also very good for improving balance, as many of the exercises can be performed in a standing position. The chair uses spring-loaded pedals to challenge core stability, improve posture, and enhance coordination.
This 90 min workshop will take you through the very varied Stability Chair repertoire.

There are only 4 places available for this workshop so you will get lots of instruction to make the most of the session.

Mondays 9.30am, 5.15pm & 7.35pm
Tuesdays 12.30pm
Wednesdays 10am
Thursdays 10am and 5.50pm
Fridays 9.2Oam
Saturdays 10.20am and 11.30am

Suitable for all levels, ages and experiences.
Maximum 6 in class so lots of individual attention to ensure safety and bespoke training programmes.

Taking the Pilates Reformer to the next level!!
The Jump-board and Cardio-Tramp will get your heart pumping in this interval training class that combines muscular conditioning exercises with jumping routines that will be fun but challenging for the whole body. In the session you jump whilst lying/ kneeling on the reformer so there is less impact on the joints but you still get the cardiovascular benefit!
Jumping and bounding also stimulates both muscle growth and strengthens bone.

I will be teaching a class this Friday 23rd January 5-6pm and a new regular Tuesday class at 7.10pm will begin from 3rd February.
