EXCITED!
I am getting so excited, as I am going away and it involves horses!
My lovely friend, as invited me to do a talk about my work with Horse Riders. I love this work, as I get to talk horse with horses and their human parents.
Yes I may sound batty, but I love it, I am like a child when it comes to animals, I wanted a horse, since my cousin had one as a child and I was not allowed one.
Well next Friday, I get to do something that I love doing too, which is helping a Charity, 'Do it for Dave' along with Yorkshire Air Ambulance, that are amazing when anyone needs them and they are self funded!
So, I am going to do some work with the Riders about Confidence, so they get to understand how to get over the fear of riding.
I may even get the opportunity to do some Reiki as well on some, which is exciting!

As a therapist, we do not heal, we facilitate your healing, by what we call 'holding space'
This means that we make room for the healing energies to come in and flow through into you.
We are not the creators of this, the universe is and your own Aura.
Everyone has the power to heal themselves, you already do, when you cut yourself.
Sometimes you need more help that's when Reiki comes in, this non religious system has been practiced for thousands of years in one for or another.
My clients say its like have a warm blanket around them and they feel it through their bodies.

When we are in this time of , we can be stressed by the way we have to live.
Reiki, can be sent by a Reiki Master to the client, which is called distant healing.
During this time, I want to offer this service. We arrange a time and then all you have to do is relax!
If you need to, I can send it to you and when your ready, you can just lay down and ask the universe to deliver it.
Not only you but your pets can benefit from this too.

When it comes thinking about this time of year, we often if we are riders, thinking of the pleasure of getting back in the saddle. It is one of the greatest things you can do, I don't ride anymore, but in my teens got great satisfaction from hacking out.
What happens though when your 'timing' for jumps is out, you fear just getting back in the saddle, for whatever reason, you may have had a fall and over winter, not approached getting back on.
Some people have a fear of horses full stop. I was confronted with a rather large 19hands shire a few years ago while on a course and he was so intimidating, that for a few moments, I lost my nerve. Luckily my tutor was amazing and also being a therapist knew how to handle it. I got in the stable and got on with my work with him (as a Reiki Equine Master).
I have come across riders, both in groups (which you can book me for) or as individuals, that have issues such as jump sequence issues, control issues and sheer fear (after a major incident in a horse box, being crushed by a horse).
So I tackled this with a mixture of Hypnotherapy and Reiki (last session).
I have watched how these riders are now happy in the saddle, so if you need that help, then please message me and lets get you back in the saddle or on the yard. Rider confidence is available one to one over video social media. Book your session now.
