Our bus trips out yesterday took our residents for some fresh air at Littlehampton seafront and shopping at a local garden centre. A good day was enjoyed and there were plenty of refreshment stops and cosy blankets packed to keep warm.

As this years Country Court in Bloom comes to an end, one of our head gardners Hazel has been busy picking some of this years crops. From Strawberries, Cauliflowers to Salad and Corn they have amazed us with their skills.

Over the weekend we have been busy with arts & crafts and bat n balloon exercise.
With five wellbeing and activity team members, we often have multi activities going on during the day. So wether it's a team effort or a one to one walk in the grounds, we keep our residents engaged.

Our bus 🚌 trips out this week have taken us to two of our local places, Swanbourne lake in Arundel and Chichester cathedral. It is so lovely to have these places so locally.

Friday fun in the sun! 🎶☀️ Our lovely residents and team members – including our Home Manager, Lyn, enjoyed a joyful afternoon of singing, dancing, and laughter in our beautiful garden. Ice lollies in hand, sunshine on our faces, and smiles all around! 👒🍦

This week we took a trip to Littlehampton Seaside, fresh air, gift shops and a ride along the beach on the beach train 🦀🌟
The fresh, salty air can improve respiratory function, while the calming sights and sounds of the ocean can reduce stress and boost overall well-being
