What a crazy journey Lisa has been on! From someone who didn’t enjoy the gym and had no clue what she was doing… to now training 4 days a week consistently, not because she has to, but because she loves it and has caught the gym bug 🙌

Meet Tricia! she absolutely smashed her transformation journey!

She used to hate how she looked and felt. Her confidence was low, and one thing she said that stuck with me was, “I just want to prove to myself that I can actually do this.”

Fast forward…Tricia didn’t just lose weight, she’s built serious muscle and finally feels confident in her skin again!

Coming from Guyana and now living in the UK, we had the same cultural background which made it so easy to educate her on how to eat Caribbean food without sabotaging her results.

She didn’t need to eat different from her family. She didn’t have to skip events. She even flew back home for carnival feeling and looking her absolute best!

It’s crucial to steer clear of common mistakes that might hinder your progress. Here's a guide to help you make the most out of your glute-building journey:

1. **Skipping Compound Movements:**
Neglecting compound exercises like squats, barbell hip thrust, and deadlifts is a big no-no. These powerhouse movements engage multiple muscle groups, giving your glutes the comprehensive workout they need.

2. **Overlooking Progressive Overload:**
Ensure you progressively challenge your muscles by gradually increasing weights or resistance. This stimulates muscle growth over time, preventing your body from plateauing.

3. **Ignoring Nutrition:**
A balanced diet is as crucial as your workout routine. Consume enough protein to support muscle growth, and don't forget the importance of healthy fats and complex carbs in your diet.

4. **Overtraining:**
