“Over the past few months, working with Nos Da Healthcare has been a genuinely positive experience for our service. As a care home supporting adults with autism and challenging behaviour, consistency, understanding, and the right attitude from staff are incredibly important to us — and Nos Da Healthcare has shown this time and time again.
From the beginning, Kady and Jay have been a pleasure to work with. They are approachable, honest, and always available when needed. What has really stood out is the effort they’ve made to understand our service, our residents, and the challenges that come with supporting individuals with complex needs. It has never felt like we were “just another placement” — they’ve taken the time to listen and respond properly.
They have also been incredibly reliable when it comes to staffing, often supporting us with last-minute shift cover when we’ve been under pressure. Knowing that we can call on them at short notice and trust that they will do their best to fulfil shifts has been a huge reassurance for our management team.
The staff we’ve had through Nos Da Healthcare have fitted in well with our team and, more importantly, with our residents. They’ve shown patience, empathy, and a calm approach, even in challenging situations. Seeing staff engage positively, follow care plans, and build rapport with individuals has made a real difference to the atmosphere within the home.
Overall, Nos Da Healthcare has been reliable, supportive, and easy to work with. Their commitment to providing the right staff — not just filling shifts — has been clear, and it’s something we genuinely appreciate.
