Could you help train the healthcare professionals of the future?
Newcastle University School of Medicine trains students who will go on to work in the NHS. Our students include future doctors, physician associates and clinical scientists.
Patients as Partners in Healthcare Education is a service that brings patients and volunteers together with our students. This plays a vital role in helping students learn important skills such as communication, examinations and good bedside manner.
We are looking for patients with lived experience of healthcare or members of the public who would like to volunteer. By sharing your time and experiences, you can help our students grow into kind, skilled and confident healthcare professionals.
If youโre interested in getting involved, weโd love to hear from you.
