The NHS Living Well Service will be at ASDA, Seaview Road, CH45 4NZ on Tuesday 14th April 10:30-16:00. They are offer health checks, wellbeing conversations, and vaccinations including the covid-19 spring booster to those eligible.

The Spring COVID-19 vaccination campaign commences from Monday 13th April – 30th June.

Eligibility

Adults aged 75 years and over
Residents in care homes for older adults
Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed
