Your nervous system is not meant to live in constant “go mode.” When we slow down, soften, and allow the body to rest deeply, the nervous system can shift from survival to restoration.

Join me for a gentle Yoga Nidra session designed to soothe the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and guide the body into profound rest. Through guided awareness and deep relaxation, we’ll support the body’s natural ability to regulate, restore, and reset.

This practice is suitable for everyone no experience needed. Simply come as you are, lie down, and be guided into a state of deep rest where the body can truly unwind.

Each one has achieved 2800 squats and more we did put a few extras in 💙

Even those who were not doing the challenge joined us for a 25 in each class they attended 💙

Over a £1000 has been raised plus gift aid 💙

It brings your attention to the moment helping you focus your mind taking you out of your thoughts , releasing the chatter of the mind to find clear space

It teaches you to listen to your body , honoring your bodies needs and abilities to move with control and safety

Through the movement of yoga you learn to move with control to build strength and resilience in mind and body

Yoga teaches you grounding, to stand strong in your beliefs, to face difficulties with perspective, to find stability in situations and strength from within

So yoga really is more than just stretching
