As a family-run funeral home, it is truly our privilege to care for so many families. We receive many cards, messages, and tokens of thanks, and each one is deeply appreciated. Every card tells its own story — a unique journey of love, loss, and remembrance — and we read each one with care and gratitude, knowing how personal they are.

Yesterday, we were especially touched to receive an amazing handmade card and a personalised gift from the family of a very special loved one we had the honour of looking after. Gestures like these mean more to us than words can express, because they reflect not only thanks, but the journey you have walked and the trust you placed in us.

This is not just a job to us — it is a vocation. When you entrust us with the care of your loved one, your family truly becomes ours. We look after you as we would our own, with compassion, dignity, and respect at every step.

That trust is priceless. We are profoundly grateful to every family who allows us to walk alongside them during such a tender time. With love and sincere thanks, from the bottom of our hearts.

This time of year can be especially difficult, and our hearts are with each and every one of you who may be missing someone dear. Please know that you are never alone — we are always thinking of you 🤍

We have been deeply touched to receive so many beautiful Christmas and birthday cards written for loved ones who are no longer with us. Thank you for trusting us with your words, your memories, and your love. All letters are handled with care and kept completely confidential.

Our Letters to Heaven Postbox, located outside our branch in Liscard, is always open, so please feel free to pop down and post your letters in time for Christmas.

We will be holding our special ritual this coming weekend, where your wishes, messages, and love will be sent to heaven with warmth, kindness, and respect ✨

🕊 Chapel Opening Times – Chapel Visits 🕊

We understand that this can be a very difficult time of year for so many families, and that grief does not follow a schedule. Our thoughts are with all those remembering and missing loved ones.

Our chapel is open during the following times for chapel visits. These times are specifically for visiting the chapel and paying your respects.

Please note: we are on call 24/7, 365 days a year, should someone pass away. Our availability around the clock is unchanged — these are chapel opening times only.

If you need support, guidance, or simply someone to speak to, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here for you.

Our displays are a little tradition of ours, changing with the seasons, each one crafted to bring comfort, reflection, and a touch of warmth to our community.
