So much of life teaches us to keep moving, keep striving, keep doing… but sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause.
This Monday 16 March at The Pause: Evening Yoga Retreat, we’ll be exploring the shift from constant doing into simply being — giving the body, mind and nervous system space to soften, breathe, release and reconnect.
A gentle evening of yoga, stillness, reflection and deep rest bathed in sound healing vibrations.
A chance to let go of the pressure to keep pushing and remember that even in the pause, transformation is taking place.
There is something especially meaningful about this Monday’s The Pause, as it will be my last session in this venue for a while — a gentle evening of slowing down, letting go, and making space for what comes next.
