Come along to move, breathe, and enjoy this beautiful practice together by the sea—everyone is welcome.

Tai Chi is recognised by UNESCO as an *Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity* valued for promoting health, balance, mindfulness, and harmony.

Book your mat space before they’re all gone! I’m all in! 😍😍😍

So much of life teaches us to keep moving, keep striving, keep doing… but sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause.

This Monday 16 March at The Pause: Evening Yoga Retreat, we’ll be exploring the shift from constant doing into simply being — giving the body, mind and nervous system space to soften, breathe, release and reconnect.

A gentle evening of yoga, stillness, reflection and deep rest bathed in sound healing vibrations.
A chance to let go of the pressure to keep pushing and remember that even in the pause, transformation is taking place.

There is something especially meaningful about this Monday’s The Pause, as it will be my last session in this venue for a while — a gentle evening of slowing down, letting go, and making space for what comes next.

I’m pleased to share that I’m now offering yoga classes on Wednesday evenings at ALL THINGS MUST PASS (ATMP) Centre for Wellness, just a short distance from our centre.

It’s a beautiful space, a fully equipped yoga studio open to all levels.

Join me for The Pause: Evening Yoga Retreat of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing — a two-hour immersion in stillness, simplicity, and the quiet joy of enough.

This is a practice of deep rest and release — a space to soften the edges of doing and return to simply being.

You’ll rest into long, supported Yin postures while gentle sound vibrations flow through the room, calming the nervous system and quieting the mind.

The evening will close with a guided Yoga Nidra — a journey into contentment and presence, inspired by the yogic principle of Santosha.
