Gentlemen, this one is for you.

A lot of you reading this will be the type of bloke who is addicted to work. Addicted to the grind and the momentum that the stress of being here, there and everywhere provides you.

Many of you, I’d imagine, drag yourself out of bed most morning and smash the caffeine in to get through the day.

I reckon some of you, but not all, have had enough of the same s**t, different day and want to change it for a more fulfilled life.

The Mind Muscle Movement Workshop is an very informal introduction into the world of meditation, mindset and self-development for the type of bloke who’s just had enough of living to work.

We explore how the modern-day man can use meditation and mental fitness to find a bit of peace each day.

We talk about the power of positive thinking, self-prioritisation and the impact this can have on our life.

We then get physical with some mobility, a HIIT circuit followed by an Ice Bath & Sauna.

This s**t is seriously effectively for helping you regain control of your life and mind.

The Mind Muscle Method - Sunday Workshop🏋🏻‍♂️🧠🫁☕️🧘🏻‍♂️🧊🫂
After our 6 week Projects being such a huge success, but not always being accessible to everyone who’s keen due to the timings, I’m happy to announce our one day workshop.
This is designed specifically as an introduction into the world of meditation, mindset and self-development. Ideal for someone who’s intrigued by this kind of work but maybe doesn’t want to fully commit just yet⚖️
So if you’re urmming and ahhhing about whether you want to jump on, just ask yourself the following questions;

Do you want to feel more calm, collected and centred when s**t gets on top of you?

Are you sick of waking up feeling like s**t with no real drive or thrive for life?
