Gentlemen, this one is for you.
A lot of you reading this will be the type of bloke who is addicted to work. Addicted to the grind and the momentum that the stress of being here, there and everywhere provides you.

The Mind Muscle Movement Workshop is an very informal introduction into the world of meditation, mindset and self-development for the type of bloke who’s just had enough of living to work.
