Spotlight on Cervicogenic Headaches 💭 What is a cervicogenic headache? 🤔 It’s a type of headache that actually starts in the neck. Stiff joints or tension in the upper spine can refer pain up into the head, often felt on one side.

A small study found that people receiving chiropractic care reported ongoing improvements in these kinds of headaches, with minimal side effects. While more research is needed, it’s an area worth exploring if neck-related headaches are part of your health picture.
