✨ Still pinching myself… ✨
Last week I attended the Dementia Community UK awards… and I was named Runner Up .. Highly Commended for Small Independent Provider across the UK 🥹

Out of so many incredible nominations, I made it to the final 5 in the whole country. I honestly still can’t quite believe it.

To even be nominated meant everything… but to stand in a room full of the most inspiring people in dementia care, hearing their stories, sharing that space—it was something I’ll never forget 🤍

I went on my own… but somehow didn’t feel alone for a second. The people on my table felt like family. That’s the power of this community.

I’m walking away feeling so proud, so grateful, and so honoured… because this wasn’t just me.

This is for every client, every family, every person who voted, supported, and believed in what I do.
Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart 💫

✨ Intergenerational magic at Boogie Baby ✨
Our 5-week programme launched last week at the beautiful Abbeyfield Hoylake and West Kirby Society and it was pure joy from start to finish 💛

Babies, parents, and residents came together to sing, play, and connect… and the room was filled with giggles, smiles, and those really special moments you just can’t recreate anywhere else.
This is what Boogie Baby is all about — bringing generations together, building connections, and creating meaningful experiences for both little ones and older adults.
We’re already counting down to this week’s session!

A beautiful 5-week programme bringing babies, parents & older generations together through music, movement, connection and joy.

More than just entertainment… 💛

Boogie Woogie sessions are so much more than music and movement. Every session is thoughtfully designed with purpose.. to connect, engage, and build trust.

Did you know we have 10+ themed sessions across the year? From seasonal celebrations to big moments like the Olympics 🥇

This one was all about celebrating the Winter Olympics – and as you can see, we got fully involved (yes… even a bit of boxing 🥊😄)

Every prop, every song, every activity has a reason. We don’t just “do” sessions… we talk, we connect, and we make sure every service user feels safe, included, and part of something special.

Because this is about confidence, wellbeing, and joy.. not just entertainment.
