Baby Loss Awareness Week 💜

This week holds a special place in my heart 💗

It’s a time to pause, remember, and honour all the tiny lives that left footprints on our hearts.. including my own little Poppy 🌺

Grief after baby loss never truly fades. It softens, it changes shape, and love finds new ways to be seen ,in the quiet moments, in the candles we light, in the memories we hold close.

To every parent and family walking this path, please know you’re not alone.
You are seen. You are remembered. And their light still shines. ✨

Let’s talk more, listen more, and hold space for one another this week and always. 💫

✨ What a beautiful morning! ✨

We had the absolute joy of delivering our intergenerational event with the amazing Positivity Club CIC at The Hazelwell Care Home - Heswall, Wirral

The children were incredible..dancing, playing games, laughing and sharing so much love with the residents.
Jess from Positivity Club led a wonderful wellbeing talk on emotions for all involved, followed by crafts and activities

🎨🖌️Every resident was gifted a handmade card from the children , such a special touch that brought big smiles all round.

Thank you so much to Hazelwell Care Home for inviting us in. It truly was a morning filled with joy, laughter and connection across generations 💫

🌟 We’re looking for organisations, businesses and community partners to sponsor future sessions or be part of our mission in supporting intergenerational wellbeing programmes across the Wirral.

WOW 🤩 What a ' Super' Fabulous day last Friday was at our Boogie Baby Takeover at Eureka Science + Discovery 🎶

✨ Nearly 40 little superheroes 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ joined us across 3 magical sessions of music, movement & sensory fun

💛A HUGE thank you to everyone who came!

It’s been a little quiet on here this summer… 🌞 because life was all play dates, days out & mum juggle mode in full swing 👩‍👧‍👧⚡️

Running a business + being a mum = no easy job! 💼❤️ But like so many of us, we make it work (even with the tired eyes & mum guilt thrown in).

💛 A truly special day I’ll never forget... 💛

I had the absolute honour of delivering a Boogie Woogie session for the incredible families supported by Claire House Children’s Hospice this time on a beautiful canal boat in Chester.

With music, movement, and magical memories, we shared smiles, cuddles, bubbles and connection in the most heartwarming setting. These families hold such strength, and it was a privilege to be part of a day that brought a little light and laughter and love 💕

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the Claire House team for inviting me. I’m beyond grateful to play even a small role in creating these moments of joy.
