Don't get me wrong, it's not bad advice... but it really grinds my gears when I hear this advice given to people who do a lot of negative self talk or are really hard on themselves.... why are we pretending???... .

Actually BE someone you love, y'know?

And, before I get attacked, I do know it's not that easy 🫣

Which is why I'm putting together a new group course to launch in the New Year to help you.

Here's to 2026 being the year you truly become your own best friend 🥳
