I am monitoring the COVID 19 situation and as an RGN I take it very seriously. If there are any changes I will contact anyone who has a booking. Usual advice, wash hands and use a good moisturising ointment to stop skin problems further down the line. Wear gloves in areas where there is a high likelihood of transfer e.g. shopping trolleys, baskets, cash (then wash them). Try to avoid areas where lots of people congregate unless necessary.
Overall, please remember not to panic with everything we are having thrown at us in the media. We start to imagine that we are all going to contract this virus which is not the case, the majority of people who get it will recover well. We have to think of others more vulnerable and help and protect them by taking precautions. If you have elderly relatives, shop for them or join the local groups that are doing shop drops etc maybe set up Skype so they can see the grandkids/friends while chatting. I will be putting some videos out soon on hand washing and moisturiser, maybe some calming acupressure points or lung strengthening breathing exercises...what do you think?

Stressing out?? My clinic is totally sanitised and I wear PPE so if you are well in yourself and not self-isolating, I am still working until advised otherwise or myself or family have symptoms. Mothers Day treats or just need a de-stress!

Hi everyone! I'm back from studying and now have added a BSc in Podiatry (First Class Honours) to my qualifications.

This week I have appointments for Massage, Facials or Podiatry (Chiropody) available. Massage is available on
Tuesday 5th November - 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm and 4pm
Thursday 7th November - 1.30pm

I will also be doing home visits for foot treatments only.
