Laser skin rejuvenation is a popular cosmetic procedure that uses focused beams of light to improve the appearance of the skin. This non-invasive treatment can help reduce the signs of aging, such as wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots, as well as improve skin texture and tone.

During a laser skin rejuvenation treatment, the laser energy penetrates the skin to stimulate collagen production and promote skin cell renewal. This results in smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin. The procedure is typically quick and relatively painless, with minimal downtime.

One of the main benefits of laser skin rejuvenation over other cosmetic treatments, such as Botox and skin boosters, is its ability to target multiple skin concerns at once. While Botox injections can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines by temporarily paralyzing the facial muscles, laser skin rejuvenation can improve skin texture, tone, and elasticity, as well as address pigmentation issues.

Laser skin rejuvenation is a more long-lasting solution compared to skin boosters, which are injectable treatments that hydrate and plump the skin temporarily. While skin boosters can provide a temporary boost in skin hydration and radiance, laser skin rejuvenation can offer more long-term results by stimulating collagen production and improving skin health from within.

Ever heard of the expression…

“Jack of all trades, master of non…” 👀

‘a figure of speech used in reference to a person who has dabbled in many skills, rather than gaining expertise by focusing on only one.’

I’m seeing soooo many Lash Artists doing one day lash courses, then the following week a one day course in Nails, brows, aesthetics… the list goes on…

Success comes from being good at what you do… how do you do that? By becoming an expert in your chosen field!

There are Lash artists charging the same money as me for sets that can’t even make a handmade fan! 😱

There are lash artists using products that are not even EU regulated!! Go figure!! Lash Artists That don’t know how to give their clients great lash retention, unsure how to lash map or create textured layered or mega sets…

Then… this is the best… they take a cheap teaching course and hay presto 🪄 they are now offering a Lash qualification… words fail me…

Ladies when booking on a lash course check your Lash Artists/Academies credentials.

Let me save you guys some money…

Goddess Emporium Christmas Lash Guide to good Lashes 👍🏼

Ladies it’s that time of year, Christmas parties are coming up and those who do not have Lashes applied on a regular basis often start to try and find a reputable Lash artist to assist in them fluttering through December.....

Ok so how do you find yourself a good Lash artist..... ok firstly, look at their work on social media sites. Look for videos that the Lash brush is easily rolled through the Lashes... not caught or snagging!
Secondly... zoom in!!! Yes zoom onto those Lash lines and check the glue application out. You should not see great gobs of glue on the Lash line, it takes a small amount of glue and correct isolation & application to place a Lash....
thirdly.... To preserve your natural lashes you will find most reputable lash artists won’t have huge lengthy lashes on the pictures. You know the ones you have to literally throw your head back to open your eyes. If the lashes are touching the brow line.... swerve.

Right ladies.... Russian Volume! We see so many girls coming into the salon with “express” Russian Volume and clustered classics that are supposedly Russian Volume....
Russian Volume doesn’t take 40 mins! If you ask to book in and they say 40-1hour then run for the hills. Russian Volume takes 2-3 hours depending on your natural lashes and the look you wish to create. You can not possibly isolate and make a beautiful little fan and cover both eyes sufficiently in 40 mins....
Russian Lashes are soft, light weight and fluffy. So if they look messy, thick and spikey they are using the wrong type of Lashes to create their fans. Lashes come in all types of thicknesses and Russian Volume should only be used in 0.07, 0.05 and 0.03 for mega Volume. Using anything other than that will cause damage to your natural lashes.

Don’t get embarrassed asking for your Lash Artists credentials, all our Girls certificates of accreditation and insurance are available in the salon for you to see if you wish.

Ok patch testing. The sign of a good salon.... it’s extremely important and also a fundamental part of booking your Lash appt is that your lash artist or salon will patch test you. They will usually get you to fill in a client record card too. They will place a small amount of glue on your LASH LINE ( not behind your ear.... Lashes don’t go on your ears!! ) or a couple of Lashes either side to see if you have a reaction. Most clients react to formaldehyde which are in some manufacturing glue brands. We ONLY use glue that is formaldehyde free (it’s a carcinogen and we would prefer to avoid anything that could effect the health of our clients) and of course cruelty free and vegan.

Go with a Lash artist or salon with a good reputation. If your friends go regularly check out their lashes.... Lashes that Last 8 weeks arnt good either it just means they used too much glue or stuck them onto your skin. The average client needs a top up every 2-3 weeks as your natural lashes shed roughly about 20 a week. So keeping on-top of them is crucial to them looking good.

Prices.... cheap Lashes are not good and good Lashes are not cheap.... however don’t be fooled there are Lash artists out there charging the same for pre-made fan sets and 1 hour sets....
so here’s a rough guide

Classic Lashes £30-£50 per 1.5-2 hours
Hybrid ( mix of classic & Russian ) £40-£60 2-3 hours
Russian £45 (usually a trainee) average cost across Merseyside is £60 for 2 hour set £75 for 2.5 hours and £90 for 3 hours.

Bottom Lashes.... WTF! Ladies if your not doing editorials or fashion shoots they are a waste of time. The longevity of bottom lashes is short. They twist they generally don’t stay on as long as your top lashes and there-fore damaging your natural lashes. The amount of poorly applied bottom lashes I’ve seen cropping up is scary. If you see bottom lashes that resemble something from chester zoo. AVOID.
