Saying No to people or certain situations does not mean that you are not being spiritual (this is a tactic that will be thrown at you when you are not dancing to someone else's tune).. Saying "No" means you have boundaries and respect for yourself.. Saying "No" means I have tried to help you but you won't help yourself.. Saying "No" is sometimes the best thing you can say...
Boundaries are there for "self" preservation.. Remember this journey is about your "self".. It is OK to say No...!!! ✨💜✨

Our Story

Andrew, owner and practitioner at Tranquil Mind (UK), is a highly qualified, compassionate professional, with excellent interpersonal skills, passionate about helping others.

Through personal experiences and extremely debilitating life events, Andrew's own journey of recovery allowed him to use and further develop his knowledge and skills in complementary therapies, all with help from his own holistic therapists. Throughout his recovery Andrew continued to develop his knowledge and expertise in complementary and alternative medicine, and has become proficient in areas of relaxation, motivation, adaptability, general health and well-being, stress management, mindfulness, intuition and life balance. Now a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, Andrew is accredited by the Guild of Holistic Therapists, and continues with his professional development so as to be able to offer Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Mindfulness & Meditation, as well as other services in the near future.

Assisting others who are experiencing life's challenges has become Andrew's passion and chosen occupation, one where he can utilise his experiential knowledge, skills, qualifications and compassion to help people improve their overall health, wellbeing and resilience.

Andrew also brings considerable knowledge, skills and experience as a double Masters Graduate in Public Administration, well versed in coaching and mentoring, as well various other levels of accomplishment from his work within the public and voluntary sectors spanning more than twenty years.
