Hi all,

Just a quick update to let you know that I wont be returning to work now until the new year, sorry ☹️

I’m still very much navigating through the loss of my little Mum and a healing process that’s hitting different to anything i’ve ever experienced before - top & bottom - i’m not at my best to be holistically healing others and offering wellbeing advice whilst i’m feeling so broken myself ❤️‍🩹

So, i’ll be taking these next few weeks to settle in and make peace with my “new normal”, resting and having a peaceful Christmas with my lovely Dad, Marti, Jake & catching up with family & friends, it’s been a crazy and draining couple of months…i’ll be looking for these glimmers for sure, we all will 💖

Catch you all soon & thanks again for all the lovely messages, cards & words of support, it really has meant so much 😘

This festive season don’t forget to look after yourself 🤍

This time of year can be full of magic, love and so many Christmas parties! It can be easy to get caught up in the whirlwind and forget to take a moment for you.

Sometimes we just need a reminder it’s okay to say no, it’s okay to put yourself first, it’s okay to do what’s best for you and your peace.

For anyone struggling with this time of year, anyone using their last ounce of energy to make it through each day, sending you so much love. Look after yourselves, and most importantly please know you are never alone. Right here with you x
