Help improve NHS appointments for people with disabilities.

Wirral Council is running a survey about annual health checks as part of its All Age Disability Strategy, a plan developed with local people, carers and health and care services to improve health, wellbeing and access to support.

The survey looks at people’s experiences of GP appointments and annual health checks, including how easy they are to access and understand.

If you have a disability, or support someone who does, you can share your experiences.

Your feedback will help services understand what is working well and what needs to improve.

Take the survey here: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=slTDN7CF9UeyIge0jXdO45vfJv2Uih5MjuvoLN89YUhUNTJHQkdKMkdMRThQNVY1UU9KOTVROTBaMC4u

You can also scan the QR code below to access the survey and an easy read version is also available.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside are inviting people to share their views on palliative and end of life care.

If you are currently receiving palliative or end of life care, or if someone close to you has received this care in the last two years, you may be able to take part. There are separate surveys for people currently receiving care, relatives and friends and people who have been bereaved.

The surveys are available to be completed until 31st March 2026.

If you feel able to take part, details and support links are available here:
