Everyone should be able to access health and care services in a way that works for them. But for people with hearing or sight loss, it’s not always that simple.

We want to understand what’s working well — and where improvements are needed.
Are appointment letters clear? Do services offer support if you need adjustments?

If you, or someone you support, has had an experience to share, let us know: info@healthwatchwirral.co.uk
