Iâve officially entered my DIY health blends era - starting with my matcha fuel latteâ¤ď¸
(a creamy blend of matcha, oat, coconut and mushrooms, reminds me of maltesers!)
I was so confident, the ingredient list sounded doable... but....
I tried to recreate it⌠and honestly? It tasted awful. đ¤˘
Turns out, this drink is more than just a habit - itâs my hug in a mug.
Iâd been questioning if it was really worth approx ÂŁ38 packet, but after tasting my homemade versions⌠the answer was clear.
Sometimes, listening to your body means recognising what genuinely feels good even if it costs a little more, at least the ingredients they use are clean.
The .fuel stays. đ (I do have some ideas for my next attempt, but I'll be using my own ingredients rather than trying to copy!)
For now, I move onto my next mission of tackling the GREENS and PROTEIN POWDER next - I have less of a personal love for these, so they just need to taste similar rather than identical!
