Yoga with Carlita Hola! I am a qualified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, currently based in Wallingford - Oxfordshire.

Carlita is a Forrest Yoga teacher, bodyworker and ceremonial space holder supporting people to reconnect with their bodies, regulate the nervous system and deepen their wellbeing through yoga, breathwork and spiritual practice in Wallingford and Benson. My name is Carlita and I am a deeply intuitive person, with a purpose and great passion for helping people rediscover themselves and supporting th

em to connect with their pure essence so that they can remember and return to who they are. At the age of 24 I moved to the UK from Madrid to continue with my Marketing and Business Career as well as leaning the language. After 12+ years living in Oxford & London, I decided to leave my corporate tech career to pursue my passion of teaching yoga and continue with my yoga studies. It brings me enormous satisfaction and a great sense of well-being to be able to share the knowledge and the tools that I have gained along many years of studying yoga which have helped me, and still helps me every day through my journey of life.

I believe that yoga is a natural and highly efficient system for healing, health and happiness. I have experienced a massive change within myself and I am very excited to share these tools with you so that you can also benefit from them.

Yoga has increased my strength, flexibility, body control & body awareness but most importantly for me was the inward mental journey that became the hardest but definitely the most rewarding journey I have ever been on.

The ability to help others have a positive mental attitude and a happier life brings happiness to my heart.

My classes are very special and unique, built around my own personal experiences. They are approachable with challenging flows for the body and the mind, focusing on body control and strength using the breath to carry my students through their own personal yoga practice.

I encourage my students to work with their own edge and to forget about how it looks as the most important part is about how it makes you feel in the body and mind.

Creating and holding a safe space, non-judgemental and for everyone is what I am looking forward to and I would love YOU to be part of it. Through my social media platforms, I am willing to share high quality content for all levels including yoga asana, breathwork, guided meditations & daily mindfulness.

Over 10 years ago, I stepped into a yoga class and met Forrest Yoga for the first time through an incredible teacher,

Something in me recognised it immediately. It wasn’t just a practice—it went beyond those layers.

Almost 8 years ago, I completed my first 200-hour teacher training in another style of yoga, though with a strong Forrest influence. Forrest Yoga never left me. It stayed with me through every season of life, quietly shaping the way I move, breathe, and relate to myself and others. Since then, I’ve explored other courses and never stopped learning.

Four years ago, I had the opportunity to complete my Advanced Forrest Yoga Teaching Training. It was a profound experience that deepened my understanding of the practice and, even more, of myself.

And now, I find myself back in training again—currently halfway through my Forrest Yoga Foundation (200-hour) Teaching Training with the unconditional support of (Forrest Yoga Guardian in training).

There’s something very full-circle about it. Returning to the foundations, but experiencing them through everything I’ve lived since I first began.

It is rich. Humbling. Deeply nourishing.

I feel so grateful to be on this path, to have found a practice that continues to meet me in such an honest and transformative way.

And I’m especially grateful for my students and community. Your presence, your commitment, and your trust have supported me in continuing to study, grow, and invest in this path. Everything I offer comes from that shared space between us.

I don’t take any of it for granted.

There is still more to come—more layers to learn, more depth to explore—and I feel very clear in my intention to keep walking this path, again and again.

Beltane and May Day blessings, familia 🌿🔥

There is a shift in the air.

You might feel it as energy, restlessness, openness…
or something you can’t quite name yet.

With Beltane and the Full Moon, life is moving.
Something is loosening.
Something is asking to come through.

Not everything needs to be understood.
But it can be felt.

This is a time of both:
what is ready to soften and release,
and what is ready to awaken and take root.

The body knows how to hold this.
The breath knows how to move it.

This is your invitation to come back into contact —
with your body,
with your breath,
with what is true for you right now.

To move.
To feel.
To stay.

My Forrest Yoga classes are a space to land in the middle of all of this —
without needing to fix, push, or figure anything out.

Just a place to return.
To yourself.
To what is real.

This week in class we’re working with strength through softness — using breath-led movement to support the body in releasing tension, softening stress, and rebuilding from a grounded place inside.

Forrest Yoga is a strong, therapeutic practice that builds resilience, mobility, and awareness from the inside out. We use breath, deep core engagement, and mindful movement to help you reconnect with your body in a steady and supportive way.

All levels are welcome, and you are always encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you.
