Join Hannah Wilkins (Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist) and Carla del Corral (Women’s Yoga Specialist) for a two-hour workshop exploring how hormonal changes shape our strength, energy, mood — and the health of our bones, muscles, cardiovascular system, and pelvic floor.
- Talk with Hannah: Understand the effects of hormones on bone density, muscle and tendon strength, cardiovascular fitness, and pelvic floor function (bladder, bowel, in*******se). Learn practical tools to manage symptoms, feel in control, and step confidently into this next phase feeling strong and prepared.
