It is advisable to telephone the pharmacy to check the pharmacy is open as planned and has the medication you require before travelling.

Joe is our Registrar - a qualified doctor who is working with the practice for a year until August 2026.

Cervical screening results via the NHS App - from September 2025

From September 2025, cervical screening results that are negative will soon be delivered digitally using your NHS App.

Receive your cervical screening result securely through the NHS App.

If you are not checking the NHS App - a letter will follow 72 hours later as a safeguard.

If your result requires follow up you will still receive a letter in the post.

Cervical screening invitations and reminders which have been sent using the NHS App have been successful and are now used for 90% of communications.

What can you do?

There is always an opportunity for support and advice, together with a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit. You will be made most welcome.

Pharmacy First - community pharmacies are helping patients with everyday conditions.

Do you think you have a urinary tract infection - UTI?

🙋🏻‍♀️ If you are female and aged between 16 and 64 you can now be assessed and treated for Urinary Tract Infection symptoms at participating pharmacies without having to see the GP.

💊 The pharmacist will provide advice regarding self-care and what to do if your symptoms do not clear up or get worse. Treatment to relieve UTI symptoms is free of charge and an antibiotic may be provided if needed.

☎️ Pharmacists will follow-up with a phone call 72 hours after your initial consultation.

Minor illness - do think of your local community pharmacy. 🤔

Your local pharmacist can provide support for seven conditions without you needing to see a GP or other clinician at the practice first. 🙌

The community pharmacist can supply medication for a number of conditions such as ear ache, sore throats and urinary tract infections. 🤧😷🤒
