Are you a carer or know someone who is? – Carers Christmas Party today! 🎄🎅

The carers group which is supported by Benson library and Mill Stream Surgery PPG – Patient Participation Group will be meeting this morning:

📆 Thursday 4th December 2025

⏰ From 10.30 am – 12 noon

📍 At Benson library

Today will be focused on Christmas with Christmas crackers, Christmas cake and Prosecco on offer for those who like it. The meeting will start in the way each meeting with experienced carers on hand to offer support and advice.

The next carers meeting will be on Thursday 8th January.

Please let anyone know who is a carer about this wonderful group.

Mill Stream Surgery - training day

📆 This Thursday 4th December is the practice, annual training day.

❌ We will have our door closed all day but will have a duty doctor available on the phone from 8 am – 1 pm for any medical emergencies.

🚨 From 1 pm any patient with a medical emergency should ring 111.

✅ We will be open as normal on Friday 5th December.

St Helen’s Benson – Christmas Tree Festival 2025! 🎄🎄🎄

We were delighted to have a Mill Stream Surgery and PPG Christmas Tree at the festival held in St Helen’s church.

We are delighted to support the festival and would like to thank the team at the practice who were organised everything and St Helen’s church for organising such a wonderful event. 🤩👏🏻

Information on vaccinations booked at the surgery for the next couple of weeks ⚠️⚠️

As some patients living in Benson will know, parts of the village had a power cut on Saturday morning. The surgery had a power cut which means that we will not be able to use the vaccines. IF you or someone you know or care for has a vaccine booked in the next two weeks, please expect the practice to be in touch with you reschedule your vaccine.
