Theme this year is:
Access to Services - Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies.
Yesterday was world Mental Health Day, an international event that reminds us all to look after our mental well being and check in on those around us.
Many people experience stress, anxiety or depression when life feels uncertain or overhwhelming. When someone in any of those situations knows where to turn for support this can make all the difference.
