Spacious, fully-equipped and welcoming Pilates studio offering matwork, equipment and barre classes.

PILATES on the green is a spacious, fully-equipped, calm and creative studio in the bustling market town of Wallingford. Hilary Warren is the owner of the studio and has been running the business since 2010. Hilary has been teaching both equipment and matwork classes locally for the past several years. Her Pilates training began with a year’s apprenticeship at the London studio of Alan Herdman, one of the world’s most renowned experts in Pilates and the teacher responsible for introducing the method to the UK in the 70’s. She has never looked back and continues to increase her understanding of Pilates and related movement therapies through study, workshops and courses. She is currently completing certification with APPI (Australian Pilates & Physiotherapy Institute) and has attended workshops by master teachers such as Madeline Black, Karen Clippinger, Sherri Betz and Eric Franklin. Hilary is supported at PILATES on the green by a friendly and professional team of dedicated Pilates teachers. She is delighted to be running a studio which enhances your understanding of Pilates and how it can improve the way your body moves, looks and feels.

If you’re looking for a gentle Pilates class that is less than an hour long, we now offer 45 minute classes. They are ideal for anyone who has osteoporosis, prefers to take things a little slower or who would like to explore the benefits of Pilates in a shorter class.
