After many rewarding years as a sports massage therapist, I’ll be retiring at the end of September.

It’s been a privilege to work with so many wonderful clients over the years – thank you for your trust, support, and the conversations and connections we’ve shared along the way.

Between now and September I’ll be making sure everything is wrapped up smoothly, and if anyone would like an introduction to another therapist, please just let me know.

I’m looking forward to the next chapter, but will always be grateful for the journey I’ve had in this work. Steve

Ever woken up with a bite or sting and wondered what the heck caused it? 🤔 This guide shows common insect and arachnid bites and what they typically look like — from the itchy bump of a mosquito to the more sinister signs of a tick or spider.

💡 Handy for hikers, dog walkers, travellers, or anyone who spends time outdoors (or deals with unwanted indoor guests too 👀).

As part of Steve Holder Sports Massage, every treatment you book contributes towards something bigger — helping support a child through education, food, and healthcare via the incredible work of the Nasio Trust.

Thanks to your continued bookings, I’ve been able to sponsor Melvin Lucy, a bright and spirited 7-year-old girl in Kenya. She’s thriving at school and recently shared her latest school report and photo.

It’s humbling to be part of a project that in 2024 supported over 336 children with essentials like food, education, and healthcare — and that’s down to kind-hearted clients like you.
