Would you like to explore your old passions but also some new ones perhaps? Would you like to heal parts of yourself, whether as your old self or your new, mother self? Come and join us once a month in a nurturing and healing circle of mothers to talk about other things than children, nappies, teething and sleep issues. Because you are more than a mother. My name is Saveria and I have created this
circle out of my own need to be part of a circle of women who understand motherhood, its trials and tribulations, as well as its joys and celebrations. As a mother of two daughters, I think it is sooo important to stay true to ourselves and our passions and to communicate this clearly to our children so that they too can recognise their own passions, especially to our daughters, so that they don't get lost in motherhood when their turn comes. (For those of you who have daughters, I will also hold mother-and-daughter circles soon - see my website for more information, saveria.uk, or contact me to register your interest. This will be on Fridays 4-5.30pm, once or twice a month.) As a hypnotherapist and NLP, EFT, Hypnobirthing and HypnoMothering practitioner, I facilitate these circles with the appropriate knowledge of how to help you if you find yourself in a difficult situation. But mostly, I am here to help you find yourself again and rediscover your passions and what you were born to do. Format of each circle:
- Opening the circle
- Share what you would like to explore that evening (or I may set a theme)
- Meditation
- Techniques to cope with an obstacle in your life, for example EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, aka ‘tapping’)
- A whole hour to work on what you have brought with you
- Closing the circle
As much as is possible, no talk about children, partners, husbands, mother-in-laws etc. during the second half of the gathering. When? On a Thursday, around once a month
