🎊💃 Bunkfest 2025 💃🎊

We are excited to be hosting some indoor & outdoor classes over the Bunkfest Weekend! We would greatly appreciate you coming down, getting involved and showing your support for our outdoor classes. They are free for anyone to join and completely family friendly!🎶🎸

We will also be hosting a special discount for new members so if you or someone you know is thinking of joining, pop down to see us during one of our outdoor classes and we will give you an exclusive discount!😁

Please note our usual Saturday classes will be replaced with the two live band spin classes on Saturday 30th August - the in-studio classes timetable will resume to normal for Sunday 31st August.🕺💃🪩

Claire has a wealth of knowledge and whether you’re looking for a recovery Sports massage, or something a little more relaxing, Claire has got you covered.
Claire has recently attended additional courses in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and also Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage.

Today we held our 6 Hour Spinathon!
This is all in aid of raising money for Sobell House Hospice & JR CCU💜💙💛

Each hour was themed with different music and costumes. We want to give a huge shoutout to everyone who got involved. The day was filled with dancing, cycling and lots of laughter🚴‍♀️

The final hour was a live band session and we were lucky enough to have music played by the fantastic The Coverbuoys 🎵🎶🎸

Any donations are greatly received and we appreciate all of the support. Here are just a handful of photos from the day, with more to come!📸

Pete & Steve are just days away from starting their 24 Hour Row challenge!

Hi All!

With an increase in demand for Yoga classes, we are delighted to be able to offer a second class on a Friday.

Our usual 1pm Slow Flow Yoga will remain on the timetable.

However Suze is available to teach a second class and we therefore wanted to get an idea of which time would be better.

The second class will be a strong, Vinyasa flow yoga and the times we can offer are:

11:45am until 12:45pm
OR
2.15pm until 3.15pm

Please let us know in the comments below which time would be a more desirable time for you.
