I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and currently teach online Karuna - Hatha, Dynamic - Vinyasa and Yin Yoga (registered with Yoga Alliance UK).

Instead of going out in the dark and cold on a Thursday evening, why not join me in the comfort of your own home at 7pm for an hour of gentle yoga

My yoga class is hosted online via Zoom, so you can attend from the comfort of your own home.

Whether you're new to yoga or are already an experienced yogi, my classes are suitable for all.
