We wanted to let you know we're currently experiencing some technical difficulties with our online booking system, caused by an ongoing Google Cloud service outage.

👉🏽 This means we're temporarily unable to access appointment details or send our usual reminders, and we can't add new appointment slots at this time

👉🏽 Your existing bookings are SAFE (please come at your normal time!)

👉🏽Our team is closely monitoring the situation and working to restore full service as soon as Google's systems are stabilised
