Hatha Yoga Classes for all levels including beginners taught in a tranquil, warm, clean yoga studio. Mats and blankets are provided.

I offer variety of yoga classes and private lessons in Wallington in the daytime and evenings. Whatever stage you are on your yoga journey, whether you are beginning or continuing, I have ten years of teaching experience to support and encourage you with your practice. The yoga studio is decorated in tranquil colours with oak flooring, central heating, an open fire and huge windows looking onto the garden: it is a beautiful space to practice yoga and meditate in. There is a cloakroom for use of the studio. Parking is free on the nearby streets and the studio is located between Wallington and Carshalton high street, only few minutes walk from both train stations and a variety of bus stops.
