The Yoga Den

The Yoga Den has classes for all, Hatha, Yin, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Pregnancy and Gong Baths. The Yoga Den is tucked away in Wallington, Surrey.

The studio is built in the grounds of my property, very peaceful surroundings amongst trees and plants – with no traffic noise. The Yoga Den’s interior is designed to reflect nature through colours, very relaxing and tranquil, with a feeling of being far away from the stresses of the outside world – a beautiful serene place to practise Hatha Yoga.

Sunday Full Moon Gong Bath - 1st February, 5-6pm 💜🌀💜
Join me this Sunday evening for a gong bath under the full Snow Moon.

Christmas tomorrow!! I want to say thank you to everyone who’s practised with me this year. It’s been such a joy sharing yoga, meditation and gong baths with you all.

Just returned from an incredible Gong Mastery Training at Hawkwood College in Stroud! 🎵
We explored the (((Gong))) in depth, played conch shells, experimented with overtone singing using the shruti box, and chanted and danced together.
My playing has reached a whole new level, and I can’t wait to share these deeper, more powerful soundscapes with you all at upcoming (((Gong))) Baths.
The journey continues, and the sound is more beautiful than ever.!

🍁Letting Go with the Season 🍁
I was out walking my dog admiring the beauty of autumn. The golden leaves, the bare branches, the quiet transformation happening all around us. It struck me: nature knows exactly when to let go.
The trees don’t cling to their leaves. They release them gracefully, trusting that this shedding makes space for new growth to come. As we move deeper into the season and toward winter’s stillness, what if we took our cue from the trees?
