Hello everyone 💗

As we edge closer to Christmas and the end of 2025, I’m feeling called to hold a gentle space for us all to pause, breathe, release… and prepare our hearts for a new year.

So, I’m excited to share that the next Spiritual Flamingo Sound Bath is now open for booking! 🌸

This one is hosted by just me at Howdon Hub and it’s a beautiful Rest & Release 2025 Sound Healing Circle & Reiki Share.

💗 What’s included:
✨ A guided meditation to gently release anything you don’t want to carry into Christmas or the new year
✨ A soothing sound bath with gong, drumming and a mix of healing instruments
✨ A Reiki Share in the second half, where Reiki students & practitioners can practise their skills

It’s Usui Reiki Level 2 training & attunement day for two absolutely amazing students, and my heart is bursting with excitement and gratitude 💗

Watching someone step into their power…

Open their heart even wider…

And commit to helping themselves and others through Reiki…

Honestly, it’s one of the biggest privileges of being a reiki master.

I can’t wait to see where these two beautiful souls go next, what they create, and how their energy shifts once they receive their attunement today.
