At her heaviest, Sarah felt that her weight was holding her back, and she lacked the energy and motivation to play with her two young children 💔. Now 5st 2lbs (33kgs) lighter, she’s embracing every opportunity that comes her way – including running the London Marathon this month in support of Alzheimer's Research UK 🤗.
