Unfortunately, due to medical reasons, we have had to take the difficult decision to close the business. We have had a great few years, and are pleased to have helped a number of clients 'build a life worth living'.

This week we have been learning about emotions and how they have many different words, and how they affect us. Emotional regulation is great at helping people to cope and understand there emotions.
