Every Christmas, NHS 111 receives hundreds of calls from patients who have run out of medication. This puts extra pressure on urgent care and out-of-hours services, which are already very busy at this time of year.

On 11th November, we honour all who have served in the UK Armed Forces. At Hadrian Health Centre, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our veterans and those currently serving.

✨ You are a veteran if you have served for at least 1 day. We are an Armed Forces Veteran Friendly Accredited GP Practice – please let us know if you have served so we can update your record.

At 11 am, we join the nation in a two-minute silence to remember and reflect.
