We have some planned server maintenance today… meaning our website will be offline for about an hour after 5pm today.

Our new website and mobile app is well on its way and should be launching very soon.

Our new system will immediately send your prescription orders directly into the GP’s inbox for review and you will be able to see exactly where your order is along it journey. We are using the latest technology to integrate with the NHS system to create a seamless experience!

Thankfully we have now got the website back online which means that patients’ can now place orders directly themselves and not only via our phone lines. (Thank you all for your patience, understanding and support)

You can now also access the nomination form online which makes switching to 118 Pharmacy for your free home delivery super easy and quick.

A huge thank you goes out to our awesome team of Admins, Dispensers, Pharmacists and Drivers that kept the service level up and made sure that all of our prescriptions were delivered quickly and efficiently during the outage.

And a massive thanks to the ongoing efforts of our tech wizard who as we speak is still working hard behind the scenes to port us over to a more reliable cloud based server that will help us avoid this type of problem in the future.

Our website is still currently down due to an issue with the servers at our service providers
This is an unprecedented situation we and many others are facing. However we are still taking orders over the phone and are still operating as usual in every other capacity.
We are taking steps to change providers and to host our site on a cloud based system which will give us a more robust platform and will also give our site more speed.

We thank all of our understanding patients for reaching out and placing their orders directly with us.
