From 30 minute visits all the way up to full time care, our friendly Home Care in Walsall team have a range of care options that enables you to be supported whilst in the comfort of your own home. Trained to the very highest standards, our carers can offer personal care, mobility support, housekeeping, cooking, dementia care, and even companionship. We support older adults, people with dementia and young adults, empowering them to live the life they want to just with a little extra support. Our service is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring a safe and responsive service to you in your home.

At Helping Hands, we love celebrating the incredible people who make a real difference every day. Today, we’re proud to share Adyanna’s story - one of passion, purpose, and a genuine commitment to person-centered care.

“Growing up, care was always part of my world. My Nana was a carer for the council, and my mum has worked in care for over a decade. Watching their dedication left a lasting impression on me. I started working in care just before turning 17, alongside my mum while still in college, and I haven’t looked back since.”

Adyanna joined Helping Hands in March 2024 at just 19 years old and has been making an incredible impact ever since.

“What I enjoy most is getting to know each client’s routine and personal preferences. There’s something incredibly meaningful about being able to brighten someone’s day - even more so knowing that we might be the only friendly face they see. That motivates me to always deliver the highest standard of person-centered care. Helping Hands is a fantastic company for people who genuinely care about making a difference and creating positive moments in others’ lives.”
