LETS TALK LYMPH AND ‘WEIGHT LOSS’ 💧
The lymphatic system is a slow-moving network responsible for transporting excess water, metabolic waste, inflammatory by-products, and toxins out of the tissues and back into circulation for elimination. Unlike the cardiovascular system, it has no pump — it relies on movement, breathing, and manual stimulation.
Lymphatic drainage is NOT a weight loss tool.
It does not burn fat or create long-term weight reduction. What it does do is:

• Decrease swelling and bloating
• Improve circulation and tissue oxygenation
