We are back and ready to kick off 2026 with a bang!

Our first cafe of the year is Saturday 24th January at The The Redmore Village Pub and Kitchen with a guest speaker after the cafe.

Emelye Castledine-Pearce (Practice Manager, Colin Lee Opticians) will be coming along to talk about the condition of 'dry eye' which can often become a perimenopause symptom. Emelye will be explain, what it is and how you can treat it.

🔘12.30hrs - 13.00hrs - speaker
