Founded in 1973, The Company has its headquarters in Walsall, West Midlands, and has been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1994. The Group supplies to customers in c.65 countries across a range of industries, including automotive, medical equipment and smart infrastructure. As a full service provider to multinational OEMs and Tier 1 companies, we deliver comprehensive support to our customers across every requirement, from concept design through to technical engineering consultancy, manufacturing, supply chain management and global logistics. As an international business we are able to provide customer support from across key regions in the UK & Ireland, Asia, Europe and North America. In addition to our service locations, we operate a number of manufacturing facilities focused on high volume cold forged fasteners and special parts. Sustainability sits at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment to operating responsibly and sustainably is stronger than ever.

2025 marked a significant step forward, with major progress across our business. We advanced renewable energy sourcing, expanded solar power at our TR Italy manufacturing facility, and introduced a new range of Nylon fastening products made from recycled materials.

Looking ahead to FY26, we’re continuing to evolve with more environmentally conscious improvements—from upgraded packaging materials to smarter, lower-impact logistics.

With ambitious medium-term targets, we’re accelerating innovation and strengthening collaboration with our supply partners to reduce carbon intensity and deliver on our sustainability goals.
