Then why not try the Yoga Sitali Breath, also known as the Cooling Breath? Apart from Cooling the Body, it also helps to Relax the Mind !!!
Sitting comfortably, curl your tongue into a funnel (if unable to do this , then bring the teeth towards each other barely touching).Breathe in through your Mouth then close your Mouth and Breathe out through your Nose. Repeat for a few more Breaths then return to your normal Breathing and feel how refreshed you now feel!!!
