🎉Exciting Update

After 3 months of rest and natural healing, I’m so happy to share that I’m feeling much better or should I say I'm pain-free and deeply grateful.
Still taking it easy and continuing my holistic treatments while I wait for a surgery date. But i can truly say my holistic treatments have helped me enormously. I am grateful for this time to heal and reflect.
I feel ready to gently step back into sharing what I love 💛🙌

This Saturday I’ll be holding my first Gong Bath in Coventry, the first step in my slow return. I’ll be starting back with Gong Baths and, when the time feels right, bringing back Kundalini Yoga too.

Even more exciting
The universe truly provides when we trust and surrender.........I’m opening a new studio in Walsall ♡ The Space! The doors will open soon, and I can’t wait to welcome you all there.

I wanted to give you a little update.

I’m not yet able to return to teaching, and classes will remain on hold for a bit longer.
I deeply miss holding space with you all and sharing the magical practice of Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing that means so much to me.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and the kind messages I’ve received, it truly supports me during this time.

I’ll keep you updated as soon as I know more and when I feel ready to return.
I look forward to being back with you as soon as possible with some exciting news.

Taking a Summer Pause 🌞

As the summer unfolds, it’s time for me to pause, rest, and recharge.
Classes for Kundalini Yoga and Gong Baths have now wrapped up for the season, and I’ll be taking a short break before we return in September.

I want to take this moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you. Your continued support, presence, and love mean so much to me. Thank you for showing up for yourselves and for this beautiful community we’re building together.

When we return in September, I’m excited to share that more Kundalini Yoga sessions and Gong Baths will be added to the timetable, giving you even more opportunities to connect, heal, and grow.

Wishing you a summer filled with peace, joy, and nourishment.
I look forward to seeing you soon, rested and renewed.
