💙 Although Blue Monday isn’t based on science, many people do find January a more difficult month.

Shorter days, disrupted routines and changes in mood can affect wellbeing, especially for those with sensory differences, anxiety or complex emotional needs.

At Dignus, we like focus on creating calm, predictable environments all year round. But during the winter months, a few simple approaches like these can make an even bigger difference.

Remember: Days that feel challenging are normal, and they don’t define the rest of the week or month.

A steady, kind, person-centred approach can make these moments much easier to navigate.

Tuck Shop Wednesdays! 🍬🍫

This week: a self-run tuck shop, put together with a lot of pride (and plenty of snacks!).
