We have our first ever cohort of apprentices, developed in partnership with Aspiration Training to help grow the next generation of care professionals 🎓

Our Class of 2026 includes seven brilliant individuals working across our services in Walsall and Coventry, each gaining hands-on experience while working towards their Level 2 Adult Care qualification.

As part of their journey, they’ll be sharing their stories, from why they joined Dignus to how they’re growing in their roles. Keep an eye out for videos, reflections, and interactive reviews along the way 👀

We have officially launched our Employee Forum, which is a key part of our 5-Year People Strategy at Dignus👏

This quarterly forum brings together employee representatives from across the organisation to:
✅ Share ideas
✅ Raise concerns
✅ Influence decisions
✅ Help shape the future of our workplace

Our first session was full of energy and honest conversation, exactly what we hoped for. We’re looking forward to building on this momentum at the next forum!

At Gilburn, people can enjoy the best of both worlds, their own space in a purpose-built bungalow, while still being part of a welcoming community 💜

Each bungalow offers a lounge, dining area, kitchen, ensuite, and a private garden. There’s also access to our activity barn, perfect for social and therapeutic activities 🌱

We’re delighted to share that two bungalows are now available, offering a safe and supportive home where independence and wellbeing come first.

We’re so proud to share that we’ve held our first ever Co-Production Forum at Dignus Group – bringing together people we support from across our homes to share ideas, make friends, and help shape the future of Dignus.

After a fun-filled day of tours, teamwork, and bowling (with plenty of laughter along the way!), the group voted on their new name: the Dignus Diversity Diamonds! 💎

This is just the beginning of something amazing – a space where every voice matters, and everyone can shine.
