There was plenty happening across our homes in February, and food has definitely been a theme! 🍕

From Pancake Day and Valentine’s treats to a pizza-making night, it’s been great to see the people we support enjoying time together, getting involved and sharing some brilliant moments.

Activities like these might seem simple, but they play an important role in bringing people together, building confidence and creating experiences that people genuinely enjoy.

What a fantastic day at Drayton Manor!

It is truly the best feeling to see the People we Support enjoying the things they love, spending time out in the community and creating moments that bring real happiness.

LG had an amazing time at the recent K-Pop event at Drayton Manor Park and the team enjoyed it as well! 🤩

Days like these are a reminder that the best support is about helping people experience the things that matter to them.

Welcome to the team 🎊

We’re pleased to welcome Theresa to Dignus Group as our new Operations Director.

Theresa began her career in health and social care in 2008 as a Support Worker, supporting adults with learning disabilities. It was here that her passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care first took shape.

Over the past 17 years, Theresa has progressed into senior leadership and Director-level roles, overseeing residential and supported living services for both adults and children with learning disabilities and complex needs.

After then spending a year in consultancy, Theresa recognised that operations is where her strengths, energy, and purpose are best aligned, working closely with teams, influencing positive change, and ensuring services deliver safe, consistent, and meaningful outcomes every day.

We’re delighted to have Theresa on board and look forward to the leadership, experience, and insight she brings to Dignus. 🙌🏻
