I’m the face behind this page and the new Customer Relationship Executive here at Millfield Rose. 😊

During the week, you’ll usually find me out and about connecting with our local community, or busy planning all the wonderful events we host for our residents and their families. I love bringing people together and creating meaningful moments for everyone involved. 💛

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our two young children. Family is everything to me, which is why I’m so passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment here at Millfield Rose where residents feel truly at home and families feel part of everyday life.

I’m so excited to be part of the team and to share more of what we do with you all! 🥰

Say hello to Tracy 👋

She’s our weekend receptionist here at Millfield Rose, and if you’ve ever popped in at the weekend, chances are you’ve already been greeted by her big smile and “can do” attitude. 😀

Tracey is always happy to help and genuinely loves what she does – especially the people she gets to meet along the way. Outside of work, she’s married with one child and two grandchildren who keep her busy (and smiling!).

At home she’s usually found with her two cats nearby, or planning her next bit of travelling. ✈️

She’s got a real passion for country music, and when she’s not singing along, she enjoys cake making, walking, and swimming to unwind.

We’re lucky to have her as part of the team 💛

A lovely pamper afternoon at Millfield Rose Care Home 💅✨

Our residents enjoyed a relaxing afternoon being treated to a little bit of TLC, with their nails beautifully painted and plenty of time to chat and unwind. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and a wonderful sense of calm throughout the day 💖

It’s always so special to take time for self-care and help our residents feel their very best 🌸
