I first started yoga because I was new to exercise and had heard so many amazing things. It felt like a gentle place to begin β and it was.
Over the years, as I kept practicing, life shifted β and so did I. I started to struggle with my mental health, and yoga became my safe space. It brought me out of my head and into my body, even if just for a few minutes a day. That mix of movement, stillness, and breath helped me find calm when everything else felt loud.
What keeps me coming back is that same feeling. The restfulness of the mind in relaxation, the strength in a flow, the joy of learning something new. When the body flows, thereβs this natural ease.
Now, as a teacher, I love sharing that space. I offer variations so people can make their practice their own, move how they want to, and feel supported every step of the way.
