Since becoming the Deputy Mayor of Waltham Abbey, I have had the privilege and honour of supporting our Mayor on a couple of engagements this weekend, we started off with opening the Art Trail in the town on Saturday morning, then joining our wonderful German guests from our twinned town of Hoerstel at a Barn Dance in the evening and then to a Church service in our beautiful Parish Church on Sunday morning.

Today, 20th May, is my 6th year anniversary of when I opened my doors of my business. I would like to thank all of those families that have entrusted me with their loved ones for their trust and support, it has been a privilege and honour to of provided you with my services, and thank you to all my family and friends who continue to support me, thank you all.

I am pleased and proud to introduce our new to us Mercedes Benz hearse and limousine to our fleet of vehicles, they have been out already serving our clients, here are a few pics of them on duty.

In the last two days I have had two drivers in cars and vans who have overtaken my funeral Cortege, yesterday, Thursday was on Parklands around 12:40pm and today, at 12.10pm another two on Honey Lane. Both of these very nearly came to causing accident’s, and today the person in the white 5 series BMW came close to knocking into me as I was walking in front of my hearse.
To the drivers of these vehicles, you are all totally disrespectful in the first part, and you are dangerous drivers giving no thought for your consequences, you could of changed the lives of a few innocent people and their families for ever and for what? For Just getting in front of us, you really need to think what you are doing
and see what is around you, just for the record my hearse is fitted with a dash cam.
I’ll end now and leave you with this; SHOW SOME RESPECT!!

Today we helped a lovely family say a fitting farewell to a very much loved wife, mum, nanny and dear friend to many, the Chapel was full to standing room only and filled with love from all who attended. The beautiful flowers that filled and covered the hearse was a sight to behold. It was an honour and privilege to of been able to look after you and your family. May you Rest In Eternal Peace.
