Today we enjoyed a wonderful Captain’s Table lunch 💛✨
Residents gathered for a delicious meal with our Home Manager, Angela, enjoying a lovely glass of wine 🍷 warm conversation 💬 and plenty of smiles 😊
It was a truly special time filled with laughter, connection, and joy 🥰

A lovely wish for our dear Margaret today 💙

She enjoyed a wonderful trip down to the coast 🌊 with her Honeylane friends , bringing back fond memories 🥰of her time living in Bournemouth, surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches. Margaret spent the day just as it should be—savouring fish 🐟 and chips 🍟 , taking a gentle stroll along the seafront, and of course, finishing it all off with a well-deserved ice cream 🍦

Join us for our little 🍯 Bee 🐝 on Wednesday 29th April from 10:30-12pm

Little Honey Bees offers classes for younger children from our community in our care home to promote friendship and connections between our residents and children to enhance our residents overall wellbeing and quality of life.

Free ‘themed’ classes suitable for 0-5 year olds are being held
every other Wednesday, 10:30am-12pm

Why not come along and enjoy a coffee with other parents from our community and meet our residents.

We welcomed new friends, enjoyed some fun brain training activities, and had a wonderful sing-along with Brandon 🎶

🌻 Sunflower Challenge 🌻

We are giving away sunflower seeds to spread some joy and happiness this summer.

Plant your seeds by late April and submit your photo entries, with your name, age, sunflower measurements and contact details by 31st August.

The lucky winners will be chosen by our residents and notified in September to collect their prize!

Categories include:
🌻The Tallest Sunflower
🌱The Smallest Sunflower
✨The Brightest Sunflower

We will have separate prizes for adults, children aged 6+ and little ones aged 0-5. Our challenge packs will be handed out to our community friends and partners, or you are welcome to collect one from our home reception team.

Celebrating World Art Day 🌍🖌️, we got creative making beautiful sunflower designs using colourful craft paper 🌻💛
We also enjoyed learning fascinating facts and history about Vincent van Gogh, bringing his iconic work to life in our own unique way!
