An egg-stra special post ✨ my lovely client gave me fresh free-range eggs from her happy hens 🤸🏽
which made me think “ Mighty oaks from little acorns grow” …
& Pilates Practice is much the same…
The small precise, considered movements start to build a strength….
which takes on a power that enables larger movements….
routines that flow and develop into something that hardly resembles those first few early movements.
The magic is in the growth 💫 the practice & repetition - but only when the foundations are strong & healthy.
If you’re vegan ( I was for many years ) these ladies are living their best life in the Essex countryside 🐓 rescued from a battery farm
